Virtual space         provides a medium      in which texts can   be creatively reworked andmerged together      in ways that are   often    impossible  outside    virtual    readerlyspaces. As in the act of dreaming            or remembering, the reader becomes the writer, assembling a moving        intertextual          collage.          One of the virtual texts              involved in the process           of creativeintertextual reworkings     of texts is a reader's        subjectivity, that reader'snotion    of     identity.
